Arbor Day Poster Contest

The City of Quincy Tree Commission is co-sponsoring a poster contest with the Library to celebrate Arbor Day. Quincy students in grades 4th-6th are invited to participate. Posters are due to the Library by Friday, April 27 and the Quincy Board of Commissioners will select the winners at a tree-planting ceremony on Saturday, April 28. Click here for omplete details!

School's Out for the Summer Drop-in-Craft

School's out for the summer! To celebrate the start of the summer, come to the library to cut, color and glue! Visit the Children's Department any time between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to create a simple craft that anyone can do. All supplies will be provided and no reservations are required. Just bring your creativity and stay as long as you like!
