The Quincy Public Library seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the Executive Director and the leadership team. The role manages AP/AR and bank deposits, maintains financial records for QPL and affiliated entities, serves as Recording Secretary for board/committee meetings (QPL, TQAPLD, MWB Foundation), and handles website updates, room reservations, document editing, phone triage, meeting/training scheduling, spreadsheets/databases, mail/postage, and office supplies. The position also serves as the FOIA Officer and performs other duties as needed.
Qualifications: High school diploma; associate degree preferred; 1+ year administrative experience (library/nonprofit a plus); proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial software; strong communication, time‑management, discretion, and judgment.
