Senior Delivery Specialist
The Senior Delivery Specialist plays a central role in the Outreach department by delivering library materials and services to patrons in senior living facilities, schools, and other community locations. This position is responsible for performing circulation duties, maintaining patron records, and developing the large print collection. The specialist will participate in Mobile Library scheduled stops, assist during story times, create lobby presentations, and provide readers’ advisory and reference support. While a Class C non-CDL driver’s license will be required to operate the Mobile Library, training and time will be provided to obtain it. This role is ideal for a reliable, self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently and engaging with diverse community members.

Information Services Specialist
The Information Services Specialist supports the Reference Department by coordinating and assisting with programs and events for teens and adults, providing high-quality reference services, and promoting library resources through community engagement. This part-time role includes working at the service desk, responding to patron inquiries, assisting with digital and technology-related needs, and supporting outreach efforts such as the Summer Reading Program. The specialist also contributes to displays, bibliographies, and promotional materials, and may serve as the staff point person during events. Strong communication skills, creativity, and proficiency with electronic resources are essential.

Information Services Clerk
The Information Services Clerk provides essential support to patrons using technology and reference resources within the library. This role includes assisting with public computers, microfilm machines, copiers, and fax services, as well as helping patrons locate materials and navigate digital resources. The clerk maintains the organization of the reference collection, answers departmental phones, and schedules computer sessions. Cross-training in Circulation and Children’s Services ensures flexible desk coverage and team support. Strong customer service, communication skills, and technical proficiency are key to success in this role.

Circulation Clerk
The Circulation Clerk provides frontline customer service and supports daily library operations. This role includes checking materials in and out, assisting patrons with account questions, shelving items, and maintaining the organization of library collections. Circulation Clerks help ensure a welcoming environment by answering basic reference questions, issuing library cards, and guiding patrons in the use of library resources and equipment. They may also assist with programs, displays, and other departmental tasks as needed.

Children's Clerk
Provides front-line service at the Children’s Desk by assisting patrons with checkouts, locating materials, basic reference, and reader’s advisory. Supports patrons in using library technology and digital resources through one-on-one help or group sessions. Maintains the Children’s collection and space, including shelving, shelf reading, and display upkeep. Assists with planning and presenting children’s programs and outreach efforts, including Summer Reading. Participates in cross-training and supports other departments as needed. Reference Librarian Team Lead
Leads the daily operations of the Information Services (Reference) Department, coordinating staff, managing adult collections, and supporting strategic goals through programming, outreach, and community engagement. Provides expert reference and reader’s advisory services, oversees department budgeting, and facilitates team meetings and reporting. Manages local history initiatives, digital collections, and outreach tracking. Participates in adult programming, schedules and coaches staff, and supports digital literacy efforts. Requires an MLIS, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience in public service and technology.
