The Quincy Public Library has a nine-member Board of Trustees composed of Quincy citizens appointed by the mayor. It has four standing committees: Building and Grounds, Finance, Personnel, and Policy. Ad Hoc Committees are appointed as needed. Board members may be contacted by email at qpltrustees@gmail.com.

The meetings shall be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Quincy Public Library, 526 Jersey Street, Quincy, IL 62301, unless otherwise noted. All meetings shall be open to the public, consistent with the requirements of the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
