Quincy Public Library offers assistance to patrons interested in becoming more familiar with technology. Library Tech Tutors can help with a variety of devices and technology questions. The scope of services includes internet navigation, help with virtual library resources, new device setup and other basic elements of technology.
What's Included

- Productivity software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)

- Email Setup (Patrons must have active cell phone or email account)
- Online Account Creation – Job applications (Patrons must have an active email account)
- New device setup
- Introduction to Operating Systems (iOS, Microsoft, Chrome)
What's Not Included
- Tech Tutors will not advise patrons on what content to enter into online applications or other webforms.
- Tech Tutors will not create or handle patron's personal details including passwords or account information.
- Tech Tutor appointments are not classes with pre-determined topics or assignments - they are oriented around specific topics requested by you, the patron.
