Join the Mobile Library and the Quincy Neighborhood Federation as we celebrate summer and join together in community at the Harrison Hills Ice Cream Social. The Mobile library will be there to sign you up for a library card, check out books, provide free wi-fi, and support our community of readers! Free and open to the public!
