There has been a lot of talk about mindfulness, and there is a particularly large amount in May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month. 

Mindfulness is reported to have profound effects on both our minds and our bodies, but what is it, anyway? Is it all just a bunch of mystic mumbo jumbo? How does it work? Why does it work? How do you get started?
