Event Details

Lets get decorating! Come to QPL to decorate the perfect picture frame for your bedroom, refrigerator, or maybe to give as a gift! This is a Tween Program (7-12 years old) and we will be handling small pieces and glue! Smaller kids are welcomed with a parent or guardian supervision!
