In this book club, we aren't afraid to be open minded or to tackle tough subjects! The Banned Book Club reads exclusively books that have been banned or challenged. We examine each title both for its literary merit and to objectively discuss the logic behind its bans and challenges.
Book selections are made 6 months in advance. Didn’t get the chance to read or finish the book? It happens. No pressure- you can still join the discussions! Any interested readers are welcome to join the club and dive into discussions at any time!
This month's selection is Fight Club, by Chuck Palahniuk. You are welcome to bring your own book, but library card holders have free access to this book.
